1. What is Fresh To Go?
Fresh To Go is an innovative food manufacturer based in Hong Kong and is specialized in kitchen-ready F&B products for both retail and institutional clients. We take pride in producing food just like how we cook for our family.

2. What is kitchen-ready food pack? What is the serving size of each dish?
With FTG kitchen-ready food pack, you can prepare 3 dishes & 1 soup wholesome dinner in 15mins. All you need is a passion to eat healthy and simple cooking utensils and cooking oil. Regarding serving size, normally it is two persons serving size unless otherwise stated in the item.

Yes. We structure our products in such a way that even novice can cook like a pro.

4. How does FTG hotpot work?
Want to hotpot at home? Our signature FTG hotpot items are all tear-to-hotpot. You can just select your soup base, hotpot ingredients, sauces & drinks just like how you normally do in hotpot restaurant outside. The only difference is that we only serve quality and safe ingredients and offer them to you at a reasonable price.

5. How do I place order? Can I choose the delivery time?
You can browse and purchase FTG products online and we deliver on Monday to Saturday except Sunday and public holiday, 4pm to 6pm or 5pm to 7pm.

6. What’s your delivery coverage?
FTG serves most part of Hong Kong except Tung Chung and outlying islands.

7. Do I need to wash the ingredients before I cook them?
No. All our premium food packs are ready to cook. Please follow our instruction attached.

8. How do you keep the ingredients fresh from the farm to the table?
To ensure that we supply the freshest, healthiest and the most nutritious ingredients to our customers, we use this just-in-time inventory business model to avoid keeping stock. Every morning, our chefs stringently handpick premium ingredients from the source to ensure freshness and healthiness of our raw materials, which will be prepared and processed in our kitchen just hours prior to arriving your doorstep.

9. What is FreshDollar? Where can I purchase it from?

11. I encountered issue when I tried to checkout. What should I do?
If you fail to pass through payment gateway during checkout, you can first contact your credit card issuing bank to see if your card is ready for online payment. In addition, as we are still in the process of upgrading your shopping experience, should you require assistance during your shopping, please feel free to call our Customer Service at (852) 2866 6881. On a separate note, if you see bug in the webpage, you can sort this out by clearing your Web browser cache to force the browser to load the latest versions of Web pages. Methods are as follows:

Internet Explorer
Deleting web cache in Internet Explorer (IE) varies based on your IE and Windows version. The options to remove cached web pages are found under Tools (Internet Options or Safety) then Browsing History in IE.

Click Tools from the Firefox menu bar
Click Options
Under the Advanced options, click the Network tab
Clear cache under Cached Web Content

 

Chrome
Click the Customize icon on browser tool bar
Select Settings, then Show advanced settings
Under Privacy, select Clear browsing data
In the dialog that appears, select the checkboxes for the types of information that you want to remove. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select beginning of time to delete everything.
Click Clear browsing data

The shortcut command + option + e empties the Safari cache instantly

12. Any cash refund or exchange of good services?
Sorry, we do not refund cash nor exchange good. FreshDollar can be refunded to your Fresh To Go account based on a reasonably basis.
